My mission is to promote good mental health and wellbeing through education and awareness of personal development and neuroscience. Developing self-awareness in these areas helps improve mental health, establishes a growth mindset and encourages daily habits and practices which align people with their goals and dreams. I am especially excited to be able to use my teaching experience to share this with children at their level, as well as to impart this knowledge on education staff to protect their own wellbeing, increase their pedagogy and contribute to their professional development.
Believe Academy
A low-cost, online coaching group designed to help people alter their habits and daily routines in small, sustainable steps that promote big change. We explore neuroscience, personal development and goal setting through three livestreams and one zoom call each week. Your first month is free!

Children's Mental Health Week 2025
Monday 3rd February 2025 - Sunday 9th February 2025
This week, children across the country are being invited to learn about self-awareness and develop their emotional intelligence. As part of my purpose to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing, I've created a free resource bundle you can download to open up dialogue with children about their mental health and wellbeing and provide them with effective coping strategies.
